More data won't solve it.
A defensible decision will.

What is XALQ?
XALQ is the house of Decision Work in Brazil. It takes on, as an ongoing operation, the analysis behind revenue, product portfolio, digital services risk and compliance decisions, work that would normally require a dedicated senior professional. It combines Business Specialists with 30+ year careers and applied intelligence, and serves Brazilian B2B companies in the R$ 35 to 300 million revenue range.
The decision reaches the board. With it comes the question: what is it grounded on?
In most companies, the read exists. The CRM has the data, the committee has the opinion, the team has the experience. What's missing is something to hold the decision up with before those who hold you accountable.
When the foundation is not on the table, two things happen. Experience starts counting as evidence, and "it's always been this way" becomes the analytical model. Or the decision goes whichever way protects the quarter, even when the person deciding senses the business needed something else.
It's not a lack of intelligence. It's a lack of foundation.
Three familiar paths. Each one stops somewhere.
Consulting
Software
Senior hire
Four decisions that carry institutional consequence.
Decision Work Pipeline
Decision Work Portfolio
Decision Work Services
Decision Work Assurance
Four domains. One way of working.
Pipeline, Portfolio, Services and Assurance support different decisions, with different buyers. What unites them is how XALQ delivers each one.
Real read first
Each line starts with a read of your operation, not a generic proposal. Where there is a Diagnosis, the fee is symbolic and fully credited if you continue.
Operation, not project
Each line runs on the natural window of the decision: weekly, biweekly or quarterly. A project assumes an exit. An operation assumes continuity, for as long as it makes sense for both sides.
Judgment is human, and signed
Applied intelligence cross-checks what one person alone could not. Whoever reads, concludes and signs is a senior Business Specialist, by name.
Lighter for you over time
In the first months the presence is dense, because the operation is being calibrated to your business. After that, the read arrives increasingly ready: less of your team's time, the same depth.
What reaches a client's table, every week.
Three cadences, three recipients
Forecast in three scenarios
Team operational dossier
Individual read of their own operation

We don't promise business results. We promise a decision you can defend.
Revenue, margin, compliance and stability depend on variables beyond the reach of any outside house: strategy, market, economic cycle and your team's execution.
What is within our reach, and subject to SLA, is the rigor of the read, the consistency of the cadence, the traceability of the evidence and the defensibility of the decision you take to the board.
And we don't hide where the read was wrong. In Pipeline, we show the forecast against what actually closed. In Services, the flagged risk against the incident that did or didn't happen. In Assurance, whether the program was ready when audit, ANPD or due diligence came calling. In Portfolio, the previous bet revisited in the next cycle.
Who signs.
Founding partners with more than 30 years in business development, in careers built separately at Novell, Cabletron/Enterasys, Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco, Saba, NetScout, SAP, Neogrid, Atos, Stefanini, Bull and TMF Group. Today, one way of thinking.
Every delivery carries a name. There is no anonymous read. Whoever signs is accountable, and it is someone you know.
The team is senior and in-house. We don't outsource the read to junior analysts in a scale model. XALQ's thesis doesn't allow it.
Decision Work decides. Execution implements when the decision calls for it.
When the diagnosis shows that deploying a system or building a team's capability is the right step, Execution comes in: fifteen technology vendors (including SAP Business One, Microsoft, AWS, HubSpot and NVIDIA) and six people capability practices. It is the consequence of a decision made, not a standalone software sale.
Frequently asked questions
What is Decision Work?
It is the decision made, grounded and defensible, delivered as ongoing work. Instead of selling software for the client to operate, a framework to apply or a report that ends, XALQ takes on the analysis that supports the decision in front of whoever demands results, cycle after cycle.
What does XALQ offer?
Four Decision Work deliveries: Pipeline (revenue intelligence), Portfolio (product portfolio decisions), Services (risk in digital services operations) and Assurance (ISO 27001 and LGPD as a permanent state). There are also two traditional consulting offers, Revenue Decision and Digital Operations, and the Execution layer, which deploys technology and builds people capability.
How is XALQ different from traditional consulting and software?
Traditional consulting delivers the report and leaves; software delivers a capability the client still has to operate alone. XALQ sells neither software nor unoperated capacity: it sells the execution of the work, with a senior, in-house, named team, and every delivery is signed by name.
How does an engagement with XALQ start?
With a conversation of about forty minutes with a senior Business Specialist, who returns a preliminary read on where the offer fits and where it does not. Each Decision Work line has its own way in; where there is a Diagnosis, it is low-ticket and creditable if the client moves on to the ongoing operation.
What kind of company does XALQ work with?
Brazilian B2B companies in the R$ 35 to 300 million revenue range that do not have time, talent and discipline to spare to run revenue intelligence, portfolio, services or compliance in-house.
What is the Execution layer and how does it relate to ADUNNA?
In 2026, XALQ incorporated ADUNNA, an enterprise technology consultancy founded in 2020, the same year as XALQ. What was ADUNNA is now Execution: deployment of fifteen technology vendors and people capability building, triggered after the diagnosis points that way.
Do you use AI? Who is accountable for the read?
Yes. Applied intelligence cross-checks data and patterns that one person alone could not. But whoever reads, concludes and signs is always a senior Business Specialist, by name. AI extends the reach of judgment; it doesn't replace it.
How much does it cost to start?
Where there is a Diagnosis, the fee is symbolic and fully credited if you continue into the ongoing operation. The price of each line is presented in the first conversation, together with the scope.
